Their great service and fair pricing make them very popular with everyone who knows about them. Personally, I am sure most of their new customers find them by word of mouth.
Have you ever had an experience where you go to get your oil changed and run into problem after annoying problem, caused by the technicians trying to "upsell" you and get you to buy things you don't need? Or places that overcharge you or tell you it will be just a few minutes and hours go by without your car emerging?
Some of the big chain places have done this to me. And believe me, I have never gone back. As soon as you experience the type of service that Lube Doc has to offer, you will wonder why some of those chains are still around.
At Lube Doc, you are greeted by friendly technicians who smile and answer all your questions. They do a top of the line job, and even vacuum out your car for you! They have a very convenient location, right by Kinkos and Shopco. This means you can shop or do errands while you wait. Usually I am just getting done with picking up something from the store when I get a phone call (that's right - they call you!) telling me my oil change is finished and my car is ready to go.
I recommend Lube Doc to my family and friends. Especially if you need a safety and emissions test. And they don't do heavy maintenance, which means they wont tell you to fix something to pass your test unless you really need to (unlike those backwards shops that just tell you stuff like that so they can get your money for fixing it! What a nightmare).
